Incorrect Product Delivered

I ordered the Spektar 15-45x60 spotting scope, but was sent an Alpen Kodiak 20-60x60mm spotting scope. I tried to get a paid return label from Celestial Telescopes but have been unsuccessful due to unhelpful sales representatives and not reaching anybody when I call the number on the website during business hours. I still have the wrong product sitting at home, waiting until I can return it. Beware, the customer service here is quite bad and you will have trouble with any returns or other issues.
