Shipping

Flat rate shipping available with some exceptions based on pricing below.

- $15 flat rate Economy (5-8 day) shipping on orders $1,000 and below.

- $25 flat rate Economy (5-8 day) shipping on orders above $1,000.

- $50 flat rate Standard (3-4 day) shipping on ALL orders.

- $75 flat rate Express (1-2 day) shipping on ALL orders.

Some items have shipping costs that are up to the consumer due to the custom nature of the item.  There are notes within the product description advising as such.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  We will contact our suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via e-mail or phone.  Inventory quantities are subject to change without notice during periods of high demand such as holidays or upcoming celestial events.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.  Order ship within 1-2 business days.  

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@celestialtelescopes.com.
